Unlimited What's App and Email communication support This plan is designed to help you reset your body through simple, effective nutrition changes, leading you toward a more balanced lifestyle. You’ll receive the tools and strategies you need to become the healthiest version of yourself by working through my core pillars: nutrition, emotions, relationships, and lifestyle. We’ll build sound nutritional habits and then focus on lifestyle practices, including movement, self-care, and managing emotions and relationships. Each of these habits plays a key role in supporting both you and your hormones.
