Identify and address root cause of one primary health or lifestyle goal and get you onto a path of achievement and healing.  It could include anxiety, overwhelm, gut issues, weight management, energy levels.  Included 1:1 session every 2 weeks. Full understanding of health, what is working, what is not working.  Formulate and commit to one goal and be held accountable for.  Get rooted plan what you need for you and your family, individualized plan.  Support available via WhatsApp and Email outside of session
